On April 6, 1972:  “A Horse With No Name” by America was the number one song on the radio, Richard Nixon was still the thirty seventh President of The United States, and Elvis Presley was performing at the Olympia Stadium in Detroit, Michigan.  My parents also had their second child that day; a little girl named Audra Leigh. 

That was me!





I was born seven weeks early on that snowy day, not unusual weather for Rochester, New York.  I was delivered by C-section and weighed four pounds, twelve ounces.  I was a wee little thing, born with nine lives, one almost lost to repertory failure.  But I was alive and ready to fly.  The world was waiting for me!

I was named after Linda Evan's character, Audra, on the television show;  "The Big Valley", a "Bonanza" themed television show from yesteryear. 

I love Photography!!!

Writing has been my savior.

It keeps my brain and my communication active.
